1 - UNINSTALL SOFTWARE
Check your computer to make sure that nobody has previously installed Power Poker.  To check whether you have a previous installation follow these instructions:

Click START > PROGRAMS > POWER POKER > UNINSTALL POWER POKER

Follow the on screen instructions to uninstall Power Poker.

2 - DELETE YOUR COOKIES
If you have ever visited the Power Poker website before or gone to it via another website, then a cookie will have been created on your computerl or clicked on a link on another affiliates website, a cookie would have been placed in your computer.  You need to delete this cookie in order to ensure that your rakeback poker account is created correctly.  This will not affect any other rakeback deals you may have at any other poker rooms
